weight loss spells??? Here you go...
What good would magic be, if it could not provide for one of most women's basic needs, that of losing weight? In fact
it is a simple deed to perform, if a bit lengthy -- but what are a few days of magic, when sometimes years of efforts, strenuous
gymnastics, and suicidal diets have failed!
It might even sound too good to be true -- yet true it is. And this you have to believe, as it is the only prerequisite
for this magic to work: that unconditionally you believe in it. If you are halfhearted about it, you might as well give up
and take up weight-lifting instead.
For this magic you need two things: jasmine essence, and a quartz crystal.
Jasmine is the flower of femininity. (I am supposing this magic to be directed to a woman -- of course men do want to
lose weight too. If this is the case, choose an essence such as Patchouli or Vanilla). It is the flower of senses, of pleasure,
of physical attraction. The best suited therefore to bring you back in touch with the pleasure of being in your skin, of looking
and feeling attractive, the feeling that exudes naturally from a healthy and balanced body. In fact all the responsibility
for weight problems resides somewhere in the body's loss of its ability to stay balanced. Deficiences on the emotional or
mental plane are interfering with the body's natural wisdom. When its balance is impaired its happiness is lost. Through jasmine
you may magically evoke that lost sensuous joyfulness. With the crystal quartz you focus your energies on the issue at hand,
and give staying power to the healing forces.
Begin the process during the day, when the moon is full. Cleanse and dress yourself and sit in your magic place. Place
the jasmine flowers or essence and also the quartz crystal in front of you together with the symbols of the elements.
As you call the powers a different element will present itself to you, according to where the imbalance is in you. That
will of course change the shape of the incantation. In this example I will use the element air -- on the basis of this example
you can work out the different variations. So air is in this case the element which speaks, the power which will help you
with this magic. Words belong to air magic. Now inhale the scent of the jasmine and relax deeply to ask your subconscious
to give you a word -- the key word for this magic. For a few minutes you are sitting with your eyes closed, thinking of nothing.
When you sense your mind beginning to wander astray, touch the quartz -- its magical powers will help immediately to focus
your attention again.
Soon the key word will form itself in your conscious mind: in this example it is "independence". It does not
matter that you understand why this particular word should be your key word. Certainly a reason is there, your unconscious
has its own deep wisdom -- but it is not important that you should be consciously aware of its motives.
Every might, from the full moon to the black moon, you will rub a few drops of jasmine oil on your naked body. While doing
this, let the key word "independence" stay in your mind.
As you revel in the fragrance of the jasmine, relaxing, images will come to your mind, suggestions as to how to expand
on the independence in your life. Maybe you will have a vision on yourself learning a foreign language. Following these suggestions
is an essential part of this magic; if you want it to work you will have to find a way.
The quartz will help you with that. If you find yourself saying "I have too much to do, I cannot possibly fit this
in, I never was good at languages anyway." etc., touch the crystal and feel its energy for a few seconds. it will immediately
give you clarity and firmness of purpose, and you will be able to see what you need to do, and have the determination to do
it.
Every night, before going to sleep, rub the essence on your body, and experiment with your key word. Keep the crystal
with you at all times for this period -- to touch it whenever you feel that you need to do so.
Thanks to the magic of the flower, of the crystal, and of the key word given to you by the power air, a deep change will
start in this period. A change which will enable you to regain your natural balance, and the grace and beauty that go with
it
Youth Preserved...
Combine these...
freshly pressed apple juice. Cider aged more than seven days, brown and slightly sour apple vinegar. clear apple brandy,
one ounce of honey, one drop of wintergreen. Stir, warm, and mix.
Take it every day and to work it say:
"If I must pay
The apple's price
I shall be young
as well as wise
filling my cup
with honeyed days
and hours as green
as eden's pass."
Spell for Curly Hair
1 glass milk (or juice that a child would normally be told to finish before leaving the table)
crusts from 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
Hold, in turn, the crusts and the glass while focusing on your intent.
o Gain wealth...
Get a coin...nickle... dime ...what ever... no pennys, ya want a lot of wealth not a little.... Take the coin and bless
it by fire, Heat it in a flame then bless it by wind , blow on it, then water, Dropit in water that you have empowered,, and
purified.... then earth Bury it next to your front door.... this will bring wealth into yer home.
Picture yourself with curly hair. Whether loose, corkscrew, or tousled, picture it in detail on you. Eat the bread crusts
and drink the milk.
BEAUTY SPELL...
On a full moon, take a mirror and go outside
(if ya can't then open a window, make sure the moon is reflected on the mirror)
take a piece of a picture (hair, lips, eyes, whatever you are interested in changing)
place it on the mirror and concentrate on it and say...
"Moonshine, Starlight,
let the wind carry your light,
let your glow cover my body,
and let your shine cover every eye."
Say it 3 times and concentrate on the part that you want to change, Then say...
"Moonshine, Starlight,
shape and mold my body,
as a rose is granted beauty,
let me blossom in your light,
the light that brings me beauty,
and grant me beauty three times three"
Say it 3 times and when you are finished light a candle (pink) or incense.
SPELL TO LOOK MAGNIFICENT...
apples, snow peas, avocado, and cherries.
(note: for romance: red apple;
for a job interview or to make others envious, a green apple;
in the arts or to make an impression in public; gold apple)
Cut an apple in half horizontally and you should see the star.
Visualize yourself glowing like a star.
Eat half the apple, and give the rest of it as an offering,
outdoors under a tree. Peel the skin off the avocado.
Imagine your negative traits peeling off of you,
including any negativity your mind has towards any part of yourself.
Slice the fruit into 7 pieces, and remove the pit.
Mash the slices into a paste, and use as a face mask.
Visualize all your blemishes disappearing.
Now take seven snow peas in your right hand, and 7 cherries in your left.
Eat them alternately. Left hand rules the subconcious, unseen world,
and the right hand rules the concious seen world,
thus you are making yourself beautiful inside and out.
Do this 1-3 days before you intend to strut your stuff.
FOR BEAUTY AND YOUTH...
Rosemary and Sunflower Oils
Paper and Fountainpen with Red Ink
Sprig of Rosemary
Glass of Springwater
Dilute five dros of rosemary into one oz. of sunflower oil.
Massage into hair. Close eyes and inhale the scent.
Write name on paper with red ink,
then dip sprig of rosemary into spring water and chant...
"Dew of the sea, enhance my charms,
bring love and friendship into my arms."
Place paper in spring water, and remove when ink is faded.
Wash the oil out of hair, using the spring water as the final rinse.
Wear the sprig of rosemary for the rest of the day.
Use this whenever you feel the need.
SPELLS FOR LONGEVITY...
dried apricots, apples, sunflower seeds, pears, olives, and beets.
Work apricots into your diet. Dried apricots and apricot juice
can be effective in preventing premature heart attacks,
raising vital mineral levels, and blocking formations of certain cancers.
Antioxidants in olives can help prevent cancer.
The rest of the foods are helpful in evoking long, healthy lives.
Count out 120 sunflower seeds, and eat them at sunrise.
When you eat pears or olives, imagine yourself endowed
with the longevity of the trees that bore the fruit.
See yourself as the tree, and visualize dropping seeds.
This way you bless not only yourself, but your offspring to a long life.
Rub olive or apricot oil into an apple, bite it,
and visualize yourself as healthy into old age.
Drink beet and apple juice, and visualize them
revitalizing every cell in your body.
BEAUTY SPELL...
You will need the following:
1 rose quartz
six rose petals
bottle of witch hazel
Look at yout face in a mirror and all of its flaws.
Visualise your face changing into the face you want and desire.
Rub the rose quartz lightly over the problem areas and say the following:
"Stone of Beauty, Stone of Love,
Erase imperfection as I rub,
Bring to me the face I see,
As I will so mote it be!!!"
Open then the bottle of witch hazel and insert the rose quartz.
Take the six rose petals in your right hand and say...
"Venus, One of beauty rare.
I offer you these petals fair.
Bless them with your loveliness
and bring the beauty I request."
Rub the petals over any line, wrinkle, imperfection ect.
Then drop them in the witch hazel.
Cap the bottle tightly and give it six good shakes a day for a week.
At the end of the week, use it everyday as a toner after face washing.
As you apply it say...
"Imperfections, go away.
Beauty of Venus, come forth this day."
TO KEEP BEAUTY FROM FADING...
When all your face appears most fair,
When the comets and meteors gild your hair,
And in your eyes the moon and sun
Contest, surrender, and burn as one,
When ivory Venus smoothes your brow,
And Mars recurves your lips' red bow,
Make haste to utter this binding verse
And hold the stars on their kindest course...
"Figure of fire,
That shift and change,
Planets that move
By heaven's hinge,
Be siged and fixed
Forever here,
And close my image
Wthin thy sphere"
Measure a yard of golden string,
Loose from your fingers let it swing,
Then tie it in thirteen sturdy knots,
Hide it among your scents and pots.
VERVAIN...
For everlasting youth, this spell must be performed when the moon is full... Go outdoors and light one black candle.
Take a chalice of water to which you add
salt, and two spoonsful of Vervain. Mix thoroughly and dip into this water a piece of
petrified wood. Pass the rock through the flame of the candle and chant...
"Candle, herb, rock, water, salt,
Hear me as my song is sung,
Age is not my hearts desire,
It is youth to which I aspire,
Candle, herb, rock, water, salt."
Repeat the ritual and chant seven times. As each chant is said, touch the rock in
turn to first one foot, one hand, one shoulder, crown of the head, and then down
the other side of the body to shoulder, hand and foot. When the spell is finished, take the rock immediately to the
nearest river, beach or stream and throw it in..
